Innovative Services

Prospect Limousine Service, LLC, innovative services are of great accomplishment to the owner, Roger Hamelin who likes to give back to the community as much as possible. He strives to provide affordable yet first class service to all our clients from newborns to clients that are celebrating their 100th birthday. The following are the services that Roger has implemented since he took over this company. Christmas light tours are a great time for the whole family; we will start out with dinner or dessert at a nice restaurant, while Christmas music is playing this gets the clients into the Christmas spirit as they go see the lights.

The New York City package has a great route of the Thanksgiving Day parade, which brings us by Macy’s and then goes down 5th Avenue to see the storefronts all decorated for the holidays. The next stop is the Tree in Rockefeller center, all clients young and old just gasp at the tree. They love the look of the towering tree decorated with all the lights and the crystal top it is like nothing they have seen before. Around Connecticut we have different town parks that go all out decorating, to parks that are full of lights and scenes with music that can be tuned into your car radio that will bring the tour to life for all.

We offer wine tour packages, which include a nice basket lunch and fine wines from local wineries. We will bring newborn babies home from the hospital, to birthday parties for all ages with balloons and party favors. Birthday and anniversary packages are easily put together when you have contacts with florist and nice restaurants, when a client needs recommendations and you tell them of a fine restaurant and you get them reservations they just love it.

We take pride in getting involved with all town parades, from throwing candy from the windows to decorating the limousine with a Christmas scene on the roof. We fill plastic pumpkins with candy and attaching business cards and giving them to all our business clients and travel agents as well as town businesses such as town hall, banks, hair salons, and local restaurants.

We have started a scholarship program for high school seniors, which has been appreciated by all that are participating. The local families are willing to take a trip with a company knowing that part of the money for their trip is going to local students and also going to adopt a family around the holidays, and donating to the fuel fund. We pick up families free of charge and bring them to the airport to pick up their (sons/daughters) soldiers returning from the war, then the town will give a police and fire department escort which is a great surprise their families love it.

We assure the elderly that will be going to the airport for the first time in many years, especially the ones that need assistance. The owner being handicapped himself will take the time to let the client know what to expect, and will assure them their chauffeur will not just drop them at the curb, they will attain a wheelchair and skycap if needed. We also will park the car and walk them into the airport to get checked in if needed.

We not only let service dogs into our vehicles, which we were told by the Connecticut Blind Association that some limousine companies just tell clients when they find out they have a service dog that they are booked. We also will let other clients with animals into our vehicles with no extra charge.

We believe that giving to your community will get you noticed and that goes along way with people. I rather have a wall full of newspaper articles and magazine articles showing your accomplishments and your kindness, rather than pictures of celebrities and sports figures, anyone can drive a celebrity but it takes a bigger person to give back to the community that supports your services.
