To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Roger Hamelin of the Prospect Limousine Service for several years. Roger has donated his limousine services to the Prospect Seniors & has participated in our Christmas Lights Parade and is also a member of the Prospect Chamber of Commerce. His limousine service has been an outstanding business here in the Town of Prospect and we are fortunate to have him.

Roger is always available to volunteer his services whenever he is needed by the Town of Prospect.

To Whom It May Concern:

My sister, who lives in Waterbury, had a brain aneurysm on December 30 . She was immediately sent to Yale New Haven Hospital, CT, by helicopter. For the first few days we were not sure that she would even survive. During the New Year’s weekend the entire family was at the hospital. After a few days we were told that she would live, but that she would be in intensive care for many weeks. Family members would visit her at night during the week. My mother, who turned 83 this year, naturally wanted to be with her as much as possible. We didn’t feel comfortable having her drive into New Haven, so I called a few limousine service companies I found in the Yellow Pages. I asked them if it was possible to drive my mother down to the hospital in the morning and bring her back home in the afternoon. Most companies either could not do it, or their cost was very high.

I called Prospect Limousine Service LLC and left a message explaining what we needed. Roger called me back that day, and I was surprised that before he even got to talking business he first asked me how my sister was doing. As we continued to talk I realized that family was very important to him. He understood what my family was going through, and knew that a mother’s place is with her child. He quoted a very reasonable price to take my mother back and forth to New Haven. Limousine service wasn’t just a job with him; he really cares about the people he drives. From the first day they met my mother felt very comfortable with Roger. During the month that my sister was in Yale New Haven Hospital, Roger was always there for my mother. It was such a relief for my mother, and the rest of the family, to know that she could be with my sister every day. Although it was a very stressful time for the whole family, Roger’s kindness and professionalism gave us much comfort.

Thankfully, my sister made a full recovery and in November even went back to teaching. Although we do not need Roger’s services to New Haven anymore, we have still continued to use him for other purposes. He has driven my mother and her sister to visit their cousin who lives approximately 2 hours away, and in September he drove my mother to Vermont where my wife and I were vacationing. We truly feel that he is now part of our family, and it is nice to know that Roger is only a phone call away.

It is with pleasure that we write of Roger Hameiin and the Prospect Limousine Service,

We met Roger some years back when he was just an employee. He was most personable and we sensed we were in competent hands. He knew the routes and understood the traffic; he was informed about the airlines and was up-to-date on their particulars.

So, we were not surprised to learn in 2003, that he had become the owner of the Prospect Limo Service. We just hoped there was enough business in this area to sustain him. Prospect is a very small town. Little did we know!

We have continued to be impressed with the level of competence and service of Roger and the Company, through good times – and some very difficult.

When Roger lost his leg in an unrelated accident (through no fault of his own), and was hospitalized for many months, we were concerned. One can just imagine our surprise when we called the Limo Service, and Roger, himself, answered the phone from his hospital bed!

He was determined to keep his business going and keep his drivers employed.

Our most memorable ride with the Prospect Limousine Service was one when we had an early morning flight out of Bradley Airport – in the middle of a major January snowstorm.

Our driver arrived at 4:00 A.M., unflapped, and proceeded to shovel a path from our door to the limo! He then drove us with great care to catch our flight.

We were so thankful that he got us to the airport under such difficult conditions. There were many no-shows on this otherwise sold out flight – but thanks to Prospect Limo, we were not among them!

Roger Hameiin and the Prospect Limousine Service serve our area well. Roger is well- known, respected and appreciated. During his difficult time, a fundraiser was held to show support. Hundreds of people turned out

On our last ride with Prospect Limo, to our surprise and delight, Roger, the man himself, was our driver! We are very grateful.

To Whom It May Concern:

My relationship with Prospect Limo began back in December of 2002. Roger Hamelin was our driver. At this time he was working for the former owner.

We had hired him to take us into New York City for an outing for the holidays for my employees and myself. As luck would have it, we had a major snow storm that day. A total of 21 inches of snow fell, but at no time did we feel unsafe because Roger’s ability, confidence and experience never wavered.

In good faith I would and do, recommend Roger Hamelin and his limo business to my clients, family and friends. He is a true professional. He is always on time, dressed to impress and his limos are immaculate!

Yours truly,

To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Mr. Roger Hamelin of the Prospect Limousine Services for many years. I own a home in the Bahamas and must travel back and forth several times each year. Sometimes I leave at 3 or 4 AM and Roger is always there for me. He has encountered numerous rain and snowstorms, but that never stops him. I know that I can always depend on him to get me to and from the airport with plenty of time to spare.

It is always a pleasure to do business with Roger and I am honored to know him.

Dear Roger:

On behalf of the town employees, I would like to thank you for the candy-filled Halloween Jack-O-Lanterns. The candy was enjoyed during the working day to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. It was very thoughtful of you to remember us again this year.

I wish you and your family a very happy, holiday season. Very truly yours,
